The model, step by step

Earn
A fixed-term, contract-backed German construction wage with labour rights and employer-paid placement.
Learn
Pre-departure orientation and basic German familiarisation before you travel.
Return
You return home at the end of the season — with savings, a record, and priority to be re-hired.

Stage selection

Stage 1 — Pre-selection by the Kenya Public Employment Service Unit, through the Network of Employment Services. Equal opportunities, free of charge.
Stage 2 — Final selection made directly by the German employer, together with the German and Kenyan authorities.

What the platform does

Secure document storage, eligibility self-checks, document and verification tracking, pre-departure and language preparation, and a clear view of where your application stands. It supports the Ministry-led process; it never replaces it.
