Selection is by the government, through official channels — and taking part is always free.

Your rights

Taking part is free. Pre-selection by the public authority costs nothing.
A fixed-term contract with full labour rights and employer-paid placement.
Equal opportunities — pre-selection follows the principle of equal access.
Control over your data: you can access, correct, export or erase your information and withdraw consent at any time.

No private agency may recruit you for the German programme.
No one may charge you a fee, a deposit, or a “processing” charge — workers are never billed.
No one may promise or guarantee you selection. Only the authorities select.

If anyone asks you for money or claims to guarantee selection, report it through the official channels.
